Boba Tea Egg Tart

A perfect East-meets-West treat — sweet, creamy, and chewy!

Ingredients:
  • BOBA CHiC Whipping Foam Bubble Tea Kit
  • BOBA CHiC Bubble Tea Kit
  • 2 Eggs
  • 20g Sugar
  • Tart shells
Steps:
  1. Mix milk tea, eggs, and sugar.
  2. Pour into tart shells until 80% full.
  3. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 mins.
  4. Whip the whipping foam powder.
  5. Microwave BOBA CHiC instant boba for 20–30 seconds.
  6. Top tarts with whipping foam.
  7. Drizzle with HEATED instant brown sugar tapioca boba.
