Boba Tea Egg Tart
A perfect East-meets-West treat — sweet, creamy, and chewy!
Ingredients:
- BOBA CHiC Whipping Foam Bubble Tea Kit
- BOBA CHiC Bubble Tea Kit
- 2 Eggs
- 20g Sugar
- Tart shells
Steps:
- Mix milk tea, eggs, and sugar.
- Pour into tart shells until 80% full.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 mins.
- Whip the whipping foam powder.
- Microwave BOBA CHiC instant boba for 20–30 seconds.
- Top tarts with whipping foam.
- Drizzle with HEATED instant brown sugar tapioca boba.
